Adon Olam "L-rd of the Universe" is a prayer glorifying HaShem.
Ahavat Olam "Everlasting Love" is a prayer glorifying HaShem.
Aleynu "Our Duty" prayer
Amidah Also known as the eighteen benedictions, this prayer said silently or muttering while " standing" facing Jerusalem. It is traditional for the males to daven while praying the Amidah.
Ashrey "Praiseworthy" a prayer glorifying HaShem.
Avodah "Temple Service" a prayer remembering the Holy Temple and the priesthood.
Avot "Our G-d and G-d of our fathers" is a prayer taken from Psalm 51:17

Barchu "We Bless" HaShem, a prayer glorifying HaShem
B'ruchah / Birkot (pl) Blessing(s) or prayer(s) which usually start with: "Blessed are you O L-rd our G-d, King of the universe..."

Daven To bend the knee and then "bow" from the waist while praying. During the Amidah we daven at every occurrence of the word L-rd, G-d, or pronouns referring to Him.

Gevurot (pl) "G-d's Might" a prayer glorifying HaShem
G-d  The vowel is left out to protect the sanctity of His Name. See HaShem.

Hag See Chag
HaKodesh The Holy. Usually includes Ruach as Ruach HaKodesh or Shabbat HaKodesh
HaShem Means literally, "The Name" and is a replacement for the Sacred Name of YHWH. We never use the vowels in the name of YHWH for the same reason, to protect the sanctity and accidental misuse of His Name.

Kabala Jewish teachings on mysticism
Kaddish (Mourners etc.) Kaddish is from the root meaning holy. The prayer is sanctification of G-d and His Name. When Job lost his family and all he possessed he "sanctified the Name of YHWH" instead of getting himself in trouble. The Kaddish is said in mourning the death of a loved one.
Kotavim The writings of the kings of Israel

Ma Tovu "How Good" and is the blessing to sanctify the House of Worship.
Mezuzzah A small container which is nailed to the "door post" of the house and contains a small portion of scripture as a reminder of HaShem's commandments.

Shabbat Sabbath
Shachrit Early morning prayer service which begins at "sunrise".
Shema "Hear O Israel, The L-rd our G-d, The L-rd is One." Said at least twice daily during the Morning and Evening prayers.
Shemoneh Esrei "Eighteen" A prayer service containing most of the prayers said in the Shachrit. It is taken from the Amedah which is the main part of the service.
Sheva Barachot The " Seven Blessings", said during the wedding ceremony. 
Sim Shalom "Establish Peace" prayer

Talit Hebrew Prayer Shawl
Tannah / Tannayim (pl) From the Hebrew "natan" meaning "to give". Is a term generally given to early contributors of the Talmud and Mishnah.
   
Tanakh Hebrew Scriptures consisting of the writings of: Torah, Neveyim, and Kotavim
Torah The books of Moses. The first five books of the Jewish and Christian Bibles. Keep in mind that the Talmudic contributors could not distinguish between the written Torah and the Oral traditions. It is inconceivable in their minds that a person could keep the instructions in the Torah without the oral traditions. See Avoth 1:1 footnotes.
Tefillin Little leather boxes containing portions of Scripture which are fastened with leather straps to the head and arm for morning prayers. They are a "reminder" of HaShem's commandments.
   
Tzitzit The fringes fastened into the corners of the Talit
